Root Problem with connection

I had rooted my phone (kept stock rom etc.) over a month ago and last night for some reason i lost all cell service except for internet connection. I could not make calls, send/receive text messages, etc. I flashed different radios i could not get anything to work. I had to un-flash my phone to all stock, does anyone know of this happening and what can be done so i can flash my phone again and have all cell service working.
 
What radio did you flash and why did you flash a radio if you were on the stock ROM? Did you try a reboot, or the airplane mode trick before flashing the radio? Did you flash the GB radio while on froyo or vice versa? If you did that's why you have no service
