Help problem with internal stoage

hello friends,
My name is arshad i am using galaxy s2 today my phone has got a problem it shows its internal storage 4.11 GB and i try to format it with phone and computer but its show the same even connect to PC as usb storage device there also show 4.11 gb plz help me what would i do

Your 4.1Gb is available memory or total memory? Have you browse the storage and see what's in the space? A little more info would be helpful.

hello bro thanks for help but it is showing total space of 4.1 gb and in every condition it is remain samw

Definitely not right since you suppose to see 11.5GB for total storage space under the USB storage (Internal Phone Storage). There is an option just below for you to erase everything. Not sure if you meant you did that when you said you formatted.

Also, you can try a factory reset. Its under settings/reset & backup. This should reset everything but you lose your settings, contacts, etc so better backup whatever you can. Final, send it back to the service center.
