Root Problem with root

I recently rooted and flashed my lg ally with velocity v0.3 and when I rebooted everything seemed to be working fine but now my hard keys such as my send and home buttons are not working, as well as my lock button sleeps the screen but does not lock the phone. I am confused as to why this would happen and was wondering if/how I could fix this??

I would suggest reflashing Velocity and make sure you wipe the data, partitiion cache and dalvik cache beforehand.

Re download velocity from a computer and place on your sdcard turn phone off and boot recovery. (send+menu+end) wipe data and cache then if using clockwork goto advanced and choose wipe dalvik cache go back to main menu and choose choose zip from sdcard select velocity and flash it
