Help Problem with usb connection

When i was tried to open the folders of my samsung galaxy s2 phone with usb it suddenly disconnected and automatically connected.I can not open the folders.

Can any one help me on this.

When you connect the USB cable to the computer an icon should appear in the notification shade; pull the shade down and tap the "Connect via USB" item. After a few seconds two new removable drives should be available in Windows Explorer, representing the internal and external storage volumes on your handset.
