Help Problems in Paradise: stuck during boot-up

Hey guys, I need some help. I've had my Hero for about 6 months now and it's done really well but just this morning, I turned it on and it will not go past the welcome message (the "Now" after the sprint stuff) and it just keeps looping over and over and won't open up to my actual phone stuff. Any ideas on how to fix that or am I going to have to take it into Sprint? Please help!

If it's not rooted, take it to a Sprint store;)
