Help Problems since switching for 4.2.2

Hey guys, I just updated my Verizon GNexus and I'm liking the changes that I'm seeing so far. My problem is that everything is just running very slowly lately, and I'm not sure where the problem is. When I hit the app changer thing in the bottom right (don't know the official title) the apps that I have open don't show up until I hit it at least two more times. I don't know if the screenshot of the Quadrant Standard matters, but I figured I would include it anyway since it's way behind what it says it should be running at. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton.

Edit: Pardon the mistake in the title

I heard there are a few known issues. I think they are widget related. HD Widgets just came up with an update that should fix their issue.... My guess is other widgets may have similar problems. I also heard trying to update a widget app when the widget is on a lock screen might be a problem.

For those with problems.... Try removing and uninstalling widgets and see if it helps.

Mine runs at 2241. According to the charts, its should run at about 2500. So not too bad.

Did you make sure you don't have a lot of stuff running in the background?

I just did a factory reset to see if that would improve my battery life since the 4.2.2 update.
