This long story start when I buy this evo 4g and I really don't know to much about roots, I bought this used phone and never checked was rooted, now I'm having issues because I don't receive calls all the times and texts also, many times a screen appears network is busy, call failed. I called sprint but the problem still there, and is asking me for system updates I know for someone else that I can't do that because a phone with roots never can't have system updates just apps updates, I don't know if this is true and what is really the problem? I'm afraid to call sprint again and they going to try reboot my phone or something, I'm really in the dark with this now, I will appreciate all your comments and suggestions.
