Root Proof: Jellybean upgrade

Ladies and gents, a few weeks ago a Sequent user gave us news to the boost site where we could all see the updated software info under the Warp sequent that once said "Android 4.0 or higher Loaded with OS Ice Cream Sandwich, you can enjoy the upgrade to Jelly Bean, the newest and most advance Android OS available" Clearly confirming that we will be getting 4.1 Jellybean.

While everyone was paying attention to the Sequent alone, i decided to check every boost phone release from the summer of last year to this year Software info. I then Saw that out of all of those phones, The ZTE Warp Sequent, Samsung Galaxy Rush, and the LG Venice also had to upgrade to jellybean text in there software info as well. Once boost back tracked the jellybean text and said that it was an error and that we will not be receiveing the JB Update i instantly knew it was a lie. so you all are probably wondering what proof do i have?

The 3 phones above that boost once said would get JB update i did a little research and stuff. Anyway i figured the only way to know whether boost is trying to cover up accidental leaks or whether we are truely aren't getting the update, I decided to bring up all kernel source for the 3 phones. Alll said the lastest kernel source was ICS. Today i check all 3 phones again to see if it was the same or not. Out of the 3 phones the LG Venice had an released kernel source that stated it was 4.1.2 kernel Source. While Samsung has not yet released a 4.1 source code yet for the Rush i believe they will soon as well as ZTE for the Sequent lol or not since ZTE Sucks at releasing kernel sources lol.

ANYWAY point being is that all 3 phones were hinted by boost to be getting a 4.1 jellybean update, a kernel source for 4.1 was released recently for the venice which clearly means that the venice will be getting 4.1 within the coming weeks even though boost said it would never be upgraded to 4.1. Dont worry folks JB will hit the Rush and Sequent by the start or mid summer.

boost never said it would NEVER be upgraded. they merely said it wasnt upgradable, still isnt unless you count cm10, aokp, and pacman, doesnt mean it wont be in the future

the sites that reported that misinterpreted the original information, then misinterpreted the correction, ive seen the actual email they based their claims of never being upgraded on and it never clearly states that there wasnt one in the works only that one didnt currently exist

well first of all you might wanna watch the language they tend to get angry around here about that stuff. but they dont know anything you might as well give up and just wait like the rest of us
