So, I just now updated my phone to the new 2.3.5. I would like to say, I completely hate it. Everything just seems wrong. So, how could I downgrade back to the firmware I was at previously?

After you get back to where you were you should definitely make a nandroid backup. ClockworkMod is hands down way better than the stock recovery. Learn about that here. http://androidforums.com/galaxy-pre...od-v5-0-2-6-file-system-recovery-utility.html

That is not true . You do not need ROOT in order to use ODIN . All you need to do is put your phone in DOWNLOAD MODE ( Starting with a powered OFF device , press CAMERA button and volume DOWN while pressing the POWER button . Hold until the yellow DOWNLOADING appears ) . Then run the ODIN . There are several to choose from in the link I'm providing . I would choose the EE14 Stock Version if I were you . Please follow ALL the instructions provided in the ODIN Thread . Good luck .

Thanks for that Kouma !! Right in the middle of typing the directions , I looked up and my wife was at the front door 2 hrs earlier than she was supposed to be . SICK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had 2 get her taken care of then finish typing . It seems got confused along the way . LOL . Corrections have been made to the post .
