Help Purchasing Apps?

i was originally under the impression that i could purchase the app and just have it charged to my verizon account. but when i went to purchase my first one...i got the google check out.

i guess this is normal or is there a way for my account to be billed?

nothing you buy in the market can be billed through verizon, it's not a verizon market like their vz crapware...

everything in the market is through google checkout because you have to pay the developers for your paid apps not verizon

You purchase through google checkout. You have to give your card number to google.
