Root [Q]Trouble installing 4EXT

Can someone help me out please? I've downloaded the full version of 4ext tried installing it, and it doesn't seem to do anything. I never get to the screen that asks me if I'm S-ON (which I am). The only thing that seems to happen is the 4ext file downloads and that's it. Am I supposed to do some extra stuff to it?

I'm on Harmonia 3.17, rooted, S-ON, and have TWRP installed.

I did what the newbies root guide said to do but I get nothing. I also tried looking for the answer myself but I haven't seen anyone have the same issue as I.

So when you start 4ext you click "Online install | Upgrade" and it doesn't prompt you about your device?

The only thing I can think of is if you accidentally denied superuser permission to 4ext when it popped up. Open up your super user app and see if 4ext recovery has it's permission denied.

I tried pressing all of the available options and they tell me I need to download 4EXT even though I've downloaded it multiple times. I do get past the screen that says " Detected" HTC EVO 3D CDMA is that correct? Don't proceed otherwise!" I press yes. after that I download the 4EXT Recovery Touch v1.0.0.5 RC8. All it does is tell me it's downloaded and that it's in a folder on my SD.

I followed this video HTC Evo V 4G: Install 4EXT Recovery - YouTube. I get all the way to the part where it downloads. I get the download finished but it skips over flashing 4EXT and it doesnt ask if I'm s-on.

As soon as it finishes downloading it tells me " Download complete. Md5sums were verified and are ok! Your file has been saved to your SDcard named: downloads/4EXT_Recovery_Touch_v1.0.0.5_RC8.zip"

Would I have to go into twrp and flash this file myself?
 
Are you choosing download (the red arrow on the right) or the install button on the left? The red arrow only downloads the version selected and you need to choose the install option to download and install it.

Oh wow. Thank you very much! I can't believe I never saw the "install" button. I feel dumb now haha!
