Alright, for my theme wen u pull down the status bar i wanna put a monster(Energy Drink) pic on it, so wen u pull it down it goes with my theme u get me So any themers out there that could help me.

They are in SystemUI. NOT Framework-res.apk

The same file is actually in both the framework and systemui. I always just change both of them because Im not sure which one it actually uses

Yeah it's in both but the systemUI is the one that changes it.

i found the thing anyways just dnt kno what to do next am decompilin some apk's here so thats not my problem now ill get back to that Later

lol, i dont know if ill be any help, but mentioned somewhere, i do what was posted, tiny bit of a change, use uot for it, then work with that, stuff into a rom, and bam!

i wanna put my custom wallpaper background on it the monster energey drink thats what my theme is based out of

replace the folder mentioned above (.png right?) should be just a little color, replace with the pic, converted to .png, in place of the color, save with the same file name, replace both if your not sure, i do that with the signal because when not syncing i dont like the stock look to what i have the phone themed at, lol, stock

Ill try that later gonna get linux runnin on my pc then after get Some stuff On linux Soo right now am just checkin the decompiled framework to edit some images and stuff So ill make sure and do That.

you also can zip the .apk file with winrar and edit the files in there, than unzip it and push it back to the phone using root explorer or android commander.

Easiest way IMO.

Commander is literally one of the best tools for Android. It does more than what people think it does. Hell I'm STILL learning something new everyday that I didn't know the day before.

*Here's a tip for Commander users. If you push an APK to the phone with Commander, double click the APK and click Instal. Choose what type of Install to do. Once it finishes, let the phone screen turn off and sit there for a second and you just installed a system file without having to reboot. VERY usefull for theme files like framework-res, SystemUI and Res-Cap.
