I have flashed LeeDrOiD 2.2f ROM and I've overclocked to 1190 MHz using setCPU. I've benchmarked using Quadrant and apparently I can achieve ~1500 MHz. How can I actualise that in setCPU? Or can't I?

1500 is just a score, nothing to do with mhZ. It will push the CPU amongst other things to max however it depends what governor / scaling is used. If you set set CPU to performance you'll get higher than ondemand.

I also set mine to 245mhz max & min when screen off to save battery when not using it.
Nice idea. Does it tend to make a significant different? Any performance issues when waking the phone / turning the screen on?
