1st - what does this mean or showing me?

2nd, I am scoring 1290...which is below the Nexus One. What do I need to do to better this if what i'm getting is too low?

These measure the performance of ur system in different areas like 2d and 3d graphics, IO speed, and CPU performance.... keep in mind improved quadrant scores are only proportionally related to actual system performance.
Meaning, if u get 2400 scores, your phone will run faster, but not twice as fast as if u got 1200.

real life usage is gonna be your best benchmark. just try different ROMs and kernels and you'll find what u like best. I was running your setup before and it works great, now im on CM6 + Snap 7.6... which i personally like better

I am on Baked Snacks 1.7 on Netarchys 4.1.9....which is amazing.

Any reason why you decided to use 4.1.9 vs the built in baked kernel? I've tried both and have not notice much difference with either besides having 5 point multitouch on netarchy.

Man, I have used every kernel on the snacks side as well as Kingz 8/9. Each of them I could have my phone charge all day and pull it off and it would drop to 99 almost right away. I'd be at 92% before I got to work w/out making any calls or texts. I started reading the Netarchy thread and finally flashed 4.1.9, I pulled it off the charger at work and went to lunch...made a call and sent several texts..my phone sat on 100% for 20 minutes or better. It took atleast 3 hours to get to 90%. This is by far the best kernel I have used. I also removed all mt SetCPU profiles and changed the main governor to 'conservative' instead of 'on demand' and i'm overclocked to 1228 on main. Loving it.!!!

Snap FTW!

If u like the sense ui, u might wanna stick to your setup... netarchy has always worked for me on any ROM that I've tried it

I really wish the new nightlys would run 4g its just live in Boston now. I can confirm scores of over 2600using the October nightlies and snap 7.5 Turbo runs smooth...and well snappy
. I think its more just optimizing the system because my linpack hasent changed much in the 38-40 range.

funny, I thought I would miss 4G since I love CM6 so much..but, with wifi at home, and fast 3G everywhere else, I dont miss it at all..CM6 and snap 7.6 is such a killer combo, I forgot all about 4G..

I love CM6, but repeated WIFI tether issues and no 4G tethering hurts me personally. I got EViO and it runs great. 1700 on Quad.
