Root Qualcomm Speific Build.prop edits

Came across these build prop edits that are Qualcomm specific "tweaks" Not sure exactly what they do, or if they make a difference enough on their own because I added these lines and about 15 others to My build prop plus flashed 3-4 scripts but my phone is running buttery smooth and I figured I'd share them. ;)

debug.qctwa.statusbar=1 - qualcomm device specific
debug.qctwa.preservebuf=1 - qualcomm device specific
debug.qc.hardware=true - qualcomm device specific
com.qc.hardware=true - qualcomm device specific

+9000!!! Very nice! UI is silk now and x2 responsive at least! Great find! Thank you for sharing...coz sharing is caring! LOL =p::

Thank you Shiny!! Phone is now wayyy smooth and responsive than before. As I say, there are tweaks and TWEAKS and the ones you post here are amazing.

How to add these tweaks exactly by steps?

Make a backup in cwm just in case.. Easiest way is to use ROM toolbox (free version available) Once in there scroll over to performance then hit build.prop editor.. Click the pencil in the upper right corner.. Then add and save.. Reboot..

Edit: forgot to mention remove the - Qualcomm specific device part of the line..

and just paste it at the end of build.prop?

Yes zir just dont add the "qualcomm specific "

anybody want to let me kno how to do this plz
Using a file manager with root access (root explorer or the root browser in rom toolbox) go to the system folder find the build prop long press and select open in text editor and just scroll down and add them to the bottom of the build prop. Then save it and reboot

They seem to work for me.. Not sure if the ROM was still settling in as I just flashed it the night before, but after the reboot (had rebooted about 3 or so tines before though) some of the little lag I noticed was gone.. If anything it didn't hurt :cool: on #2 1.6 for those just joining in..

Phone is a lot more responsive, well quicker and snappy. making the snapdragon live up to its name
