How come the htc g1 & the lg Optimus s & v has cm10 ....lol and i saw that the htc g1 was struggling with it but the Optimus wasn't ....isnt our phone better than theres or am i wrong

Yeah but its sad....the admire was a hit when it came out but now its like its dead....fewer devs or devs running from this device lol....even cm9 i asked couple of known devs if they can help ... But some weren't interested and some just said get the esteem or warp because this device is a pain in the you know what ....lol
But im still searching for more help because seeing older devices running cm9 and cm10 smoothly is making me think why the hell i bought this phone?
But it was what the budget could afford.
Just saying to any new comers to android choose a device thats running 1ghz and over and at least 1gb and up of ram and internal storage and make sure that they are devs working on the device ...

I know but i was just saying if a new comer is coming to android that they should go for a phone that has devs already working on it

There are tons of people who don't buy phones just so they can flash custom roms. A lot of people don't know about rooting and such so you shouldn't say that's why a person should get it. Me personally i bought the admire mainly because I like red and i thought it was a pretty cool looking phone. As long as i can use the basics( messaging, twitter, facebook, gmail or ymail ) then i'm good.

This thread makes me wanna create the unimaginable for the admire. A FULLY WORKING JELLYBEAN ROM. But I know almost nothing about being a dev ... I should start

the ZTE warp has a fairly solid community, teh ZTE blade and blade 2 i believe are official cm devices....

I would have went for the zte warp but trust me there not all that friendly over there.... But the zte blade is an official device of cm which means plenty of yummies lol

And I can tell you how any phone that has some that another doesnt... it has dev's, like teams of em working on em. And most of those devices had CM6/7 prior to CM9/10 too.
And like I have said many times before, all devices aren't created equal!!!! Some get the love and some dont, and prepaid's usually go unloved.

You have to keep in mind the tech in the admire was at least 2 years old at its release. Sure it can be pimped out and made to run better than intended or as it was stock, but its still not going to give any of the popular phones any competition. Thats just the facts of it.
