Help question about launcher pro

ok i have laucher pro plus, and i was wondering is it ok to try a new free launcher without deleting lpp? would it mess my phone up by having two at the same time? thanks.
 
You should be safe,I've done it a few times,no problems.
If things seem to lag,I would 'freeze' the launcher you're not currently using w/Titanium Back-up.
 
there are free apps like launcher switcher and launcher changer that let you switch back and forth and set one as default.
 
That's good advice you got! :)

If you do decide to FREEZE (do not uninstall) your Stock Canvas, you should remove all the widgets that are there now first. Otherwise even if you have frozen Canvas, they will all be running in the background...slowing you down and using up memory.

It's not as confusing as it seems.
1 yes, you can have multiple launchers
2 download a launcher switcher app from the market
so you can switch at will
3 when you decide which one you like, set it as default,
and remove all the widgets,etc. from all the other
launchers
4 don't worry about the "freezing" part yet if you are
not rooted

Get rid of all of them on the launchers you are not using. (you can always put them back on). The reason is you don't want them running on multiple launchers at the same time and slowing your phone down.
 
Btw, you can uninstall any apps you bought from the market (like lpp) and still get them back. The market will remember you.
Wait I'm not sure if that works with lpp since they do that key thing. Don't try that unless somebody who knows for sure says it's ok.
