Right behind YOU!
Sorry if this question has been asked, i couldn't find it.

Here it goes.

I had a T-Bolt on launch (with activated SIMcard of course) used the bolt for about 2 months then switched to a different phone (non 4G no SIM) and have swapped several times since (im a phone whore)

Well my Bionic arrives tomorrow, i want to know can i just pop my SIM from my bolt (which has just been sitting in my drawer) into my Bionic and be rolling? Or will i need a new SIM from Verizon??

Any info would be great.

Thanks all

AJ

You will need a new SIM card for your Bionic. When you bought the TB, your SIM card was registered to that device. When you activated a different phone on your line, that SIM was retired and will not be able to be used again.

If you bought your Bionic from a licensed retailer, it should come with a new SIM card. If you're buying it from say eBay, it's likely that it will not and you will have to get one sent to you from Verizon or you could go to a corporate store.

Great!! Thank you sooo much for the info.. I didn't want to drop the sim in a mess anything up..

I did get it from a second party so i will just pop into my corporate store. Should i expect to be charged or no?

You're quite welcome. :)

If it's brand new in box, it's likely to come about a third of the way charged. Should be enough juice to get you up and running. Keep in mind that VZW 4G activations are longer than your average activation.

Also, if you're going into a corporate store, they should do the activation for you (you are, after all, still a VZW customer). But if they just give you the card and don't say anything else, make sure they activate the phone there. They have to activate it in the system before you can insert the SIM, otherwise it won't be any good.
