Help Question about the sound

Im wondering how can i turn off the button sounds? Whenever i write or text there is a sound, which is kinda annoying
I have tryed to turn the button sounds off from the message settings and also from the sound setting, but neither seems to work. Even went to the store today where i bought the phone from and he was not able to do it eather, and he has the SAME PHONE.. so he told me to come here and ask
So the issue is that every time i want to write somthing, i have to put the whole phone on silent and this is not so convenient

yess, thats what i have tried n still it does not work, button sounds still on if the phone has sound... anything else?

I don't know what else to try, I'm afraid. That setting controls the kb sound for me... I've just confirmed that checking it activates sound and unchecking deactivates it again.
