Root Question about Triumph sound output

I've noticed (with all 4 of my triumph's I've gone through) that the sound output through headphones or aux cord to any stereo system is very quiet. By this I mean that the loudest volume on my triumph through output is about half that of the same headphones/stereos through my laptop, old ipods, or even my old samsung intercept (this is just an opinion on volume I don't have any tech numbers to back up my opinions). I am currently running cm7 on my triumph and I've messed with the dsp equalizer a bit and havent' gotten it up much farther at all. Is it possible at all to change this in some type of MOD or ROM? or is a hardware problem?

Well I don't have a problem its loud enough for me, of course its gonna be quieter than the sound that can be outputted from a laptop or any computer since its more powerful... I don't have an iPod to test the sound comparison with it, so if its not that big of a problem I would just keep it.

when I get notifications the media volume is halved.

i have to unplug headsets and re plug them in to get it loud again.

thats in miui and cm7. idk about stock.

either way, its a software bug

Have you tried the Settings - CM Settings - Sound - Attenuation adjustments?
Those are for adjusting the the ringtones, alarms, and notifications while music is playing. I'm looking for something to make the actual music come out louder.

Same here. I also found that If Media is on silent and I turn it up twice it's still silent. at about half way it's pretty quiet then at max it's loud.. Not loud enough tho.

If i'm listening to music and get a notification the volume for the music gets really quiet and the only way to fix it is to unplug the audio cord and plug it back in. I know it's a software bug and you're busy with a lot of things, but have you looked into this at all Whyzor?
