Root question about unrooting file

The Evo says this image is bad* PC36IMG.zip - HBoot 2.10 - S/W 3.70, am I using the wrong file for my hboot? My hboot is...Hboot 2.10.0001. I have to have this phone sent to asurion by Monday so I definitely need help ASAP. Been trying to figure this out on my own for days now, to no avail. Thanks!

Go here http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all-things-root/194918-rooting-dummies.html scroll down to after root and unrooting click show. Download the file for your hboot and follow the instructions from there. If you have any problems post back here.

Yep should be

Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!

Rename to PC36IMG and place on root of card

S-ON tool

Yes, I got all my info from rooting for dummies. So i basically remove .zip before i put it on my card right?? thanks again

Dont remove or add a .zip.
Windows hides the extension

The exact file name should be PC36IMG.zip

Please also note that it must be PC36IMG.zip and not pc36img.zip These are two very different things
