1.Is this normal then i launch fastboot mode he show's me (black) blanck screen ?
2.Do i really need to type fastboot.exe erase system after fastboot.exe -w ? (because i think it make my phone not work )
fastboot.exe erase system deletes the system partition from the flash memory, however the fastboot flash system system.img will create the system partition again, just follow the steps here exactly and you will be fine.
