Quick Question About App Transfer

So my droid took a "swim" and I will be receiving an Incredible from Asurion in the next couple days. My question is, will the apps that I have purchased for my droid transfer to my Inc? Clearly I dont want to have to pay for them again but if I have to I will.

yes those apps are tied to your google account. As long as you sign in with the same account they will transfer
