Root Quick question before I shabby up...

So I am sorry if this is a repost, but I am still pretty noobish when it comes to searching forums. I checked the stickies and couldn't really find out what I needed to know.

I just installed CWM and am about to flash Shabbymod, but before I do so I read that it was best to do a wipe before flashing. If I choose wipe data/factory reset in CWM it won't remove CWM itself, will it?(I know this is probably a total noob question too, but I AM a total noob )

No it wont, but before you do that use the backup feature to make a back up of your phone the way it is right now, that way if you make a mistake, ie end up bricking your phone you could just boot back into cwm and restore your backup.

Thanks a bunch, I had already made the backup which is my main reason for worry. I figured what was the point of making it if it was just going to be removed?

Well, I went from a stock rooted phone when I started this morning to almost everything I wanted it to be Now running Shabbymod with bits and pieces from multiple themes to create my favorite setup. My thanks go out to everyone that made this possible, will be donating soon enough.
