Root Quickclock settings.

Didn't use quickclock to determine my cpu speed but i've been running gb at stock speed but ulv with the interactive governor. Plenty fast for me and it conserves battery.

What are the experts running..596 deodexed rooted.

there is no universal setting...its all based on what your processor likes...for instance...my CPU WILL NOT overclock to anything higher than 1.178ghz...thats it...won't go a lick higher than that no matter what voltages i try...

Edit: your best bet is to let Quick Clock do its calibration thing...and then mess around with the clock speeds...i would start at like 1.1ghz(1100mhz) and then go play some games for a bit...if its stable...try 1.15(1150)..then mess around for awhile to see if its stable...then keep working your way up till it locks up or becomes unstable and reboots...or has problems...then you know you have to scale it back a little...

oh...and there is one universal setting...do NOT set it to come on "at boot" unless your a 150% confident that it is a rock solid stable overclock...

my phone is rock solid @ 1.15ghz...and i still don't have it set to load the settings at boot...

What I did was do the calibration then set it the balanced no other settings at all.

yeah..the calibration just sets the minimum save voltage for your phone...and tries to figure out a "maximum speed" although that has never worked right for me...

now you need to go into the "overclock menu" and play with the settings...

this is the screen you want

you change the numbers on the left...then you click "calculate" and it will automatically change the numbers on the right based on your calibration...
