Help Radio Transmitter App

Sorry for starting a new thread for this but I'm not sure where to look. Does anyone know of an app where I can play my music through my fm radio without having to buy a cable? Would be a handy app definitely worth paying for.

there are no apps bc this is a hardware requirement and the FM tuner in the phone cant do that

I know that. But there seems to be apps for nearly everything. Thought I'd ask. Besides, would be neat to have the ability to do it right from your phone without additional hardware to purchase.
