Root Rage Red Boot Animation

Anyone know if the Original Droid's "Rage Red" Boot Animation will work on the X. And if it will does anyone have a copy of it lying around? I can't find a download for it anywhere.
 
Yup. From what I understand all bootanimations for the droid work for the x to. Just need someone to confirm that. If so I think the resolutions are close enough that it wont matter. Also you could always edit the .txt file.inside the zip to the right dimensions for the x and repackage it.
 
K. Because of right now I have nothing in the data/local. Do I need to rename the zip that is in my system/media?
 
no the phone checks in data/local first
and no cause my phone died, trying it right now...will tell ya what happens
 
Looks awesome btw on the X. Worked perfectly. Added a .bak to the bootanimation.zip that was in system/media.
 
Tore the bootanimation.zip apart... I have the wallpaper now.

I know... haha... I wish I could get ownskin to come up and I'm trying to make a live wallpaper using all the png files...
 
man, there is this one boot ani I am thinking of but can't remember the name...looks like I am going to be searching the droid forums:D

I have an awesome idea for a boot animation to match the theme of my phone but I cant get my photoshop working atm :(
