Root Random Reboots....Why!?

I flashed the CM10 Jellybean ROM (Says Android 4.1.2 for version) with the Kernel "F" (flashed during installation by ROM itself) so all works well.
But I found a few problems, Things like :mad::mad:

-Random restarts. Happens every time I install a app, then open it, or when I am multitasking like switching from YouTube, to texting, etc.
Its a 4 second restart which just closes all my recent apps, and doesn't fully restart. I need this phone on most of the day during school and other things, so I can't have it randomly restarting! Why is it doing so?

- Front facing camera doesnt work. I use the stock camera app of Jellybean, so Front Facing camera doesnt work (it freezes) and 1080p has a purple saphire-ish tint. But 720p is normal. I need 1080p for video production.

-Gallery closes automatically after like 2 seconds. :(

-4G LTE works:) but shows 1X Icon and the bars are super inaccurate :(

-Screen turns on sometimes, and its all grey and lock screen doesn't show until I press power button.

If anyone can find a solution mainly to the random reboots, I will thank you so much. Thanks in advance for anyone who posts!:smokingsomb:
 
try following along with everyone in the correct thread for the rom. most of what you're asking, can be found by reading through the last few pages of posts in the thread.

I'm assuming you're using the 4/28 build. Some people have found "fixes" for the crashing which can be found here http://androidforums.com/motion-4g-...otion-root-lounge-discussion.html#post5795558

Remember, this rom is still being developed. So not everything will work 100%
The screen issue hasn't been fixed yet, but if it really bothers you I suggest you go to version 4/22, so far that seems like the most "stable" version yet. But, 4g doesn't work and the button lights don't work.

there are flashable fixes for 4g and lights for 4-22 rom. there somewhere around page 14-18 or so in bobz thread

I flashed the buildprop and it helped me slightly. :P But I still get random reboots sometimes and my battery wastes so fast with WIFI now considered to before.

thats odd because i get no reboots and my battery life is incredibly longer than on stock. i'm on 4-28 rom with modified buildprop. my phone was on all night with screen off and this morning i started using it and it's just now getting low

I stopped getting random reboots.
But when I charge my phone and try turning the screen off. The screen turns on and shows a black color, then I press power again so then I get the lock screen. I might end up making a video about it to show people and just for a rant lol.

And battery still is just plain horrible compared to stock. But never going back.... atleast for now.

Does anyone leave their data on all day?
 
All you have to do is repeatedly hit the power button until the back light goes off it may take 7 times.
Also both cameras work just switch back and forth 2 or 3 times the random reboots do not happen to me so.... I would suggest redownloading the rom and the newest gasps from a computer then move files to your sd card and try again. Also use the forum that corresponds to the rom in question. Lol
