Root Random Safe Mode Entry

Anyone have this happen? It'll do it random times and I'm not sure why. My wifes phone does the samething. I'm running EB01 and she's running DL30, my battery will show a "!" then it'll reboot into safe mode. Battery pull will fix it but it happens randomly about once every two days or so.

Also, I wipe data/cache/delvik three times each prior to flashing a new rom so it can't be "not doing efficient wipes" causing it. Anyone else have any info?

Mine has done this 1 time. I cannot answer why and searched far and wide and could not find an answer to this.

I have had this happen to me a few times. Usually a reboot fixes it. I have no idea why it happens and there seems to be no real pattern.

Happened again to my wifes phone and mine done it the other day also. I wonder what's causing this to happen, it seems like it has something to do with the unlock button.
