Because most Boost Smartphone owners are stupid. I work at a Boost store and get the most ******ed questions EVERY day. Most shouldn't have android phones and only do because they think it makes them look like they have money.

no prob so basically just saying standard pointless text
yeah, I got it too. Surprised I haven't had anyone coming in asking me to put those things on their phone for them. I get asked to some of the most simple things everyday.

yeah the one time i talked to an american boost customer rep she gave me low down on why they have to ask stupid ?s cuz i was *itchin about last rep asked me if was calling from boost phone i was calling about that had no service....bottom line is "a person is smart but people are stupid"
