Yes, fish are not a clade. And birds are a subgroup of reptiles (specifically a subgroup of theropod dinosaurs).

Not what they taught me at school, but classification by descent always made more sense than classifying by looks ;).

it's been one of those days!:rolleyes:I bashed my knee on the kitchen table..it's all swollen and black and blue..I dropped a bag full of grocery's in the parking lot..I kneeled down to pick stuff up and excruciating pain shot through my knee...and I'm pretty sure I scared this old lady because I sort of grunt screamed...Im hungry but nothing sounds good...my phone keeps ringing and I don't want to answer it..I want to go out but hubby isn't home and everyone else has easter stuff or other stuff...I tried to take out my patio furniture and I can't lift it.. and this isn't the rant thread:pwhoops!

Like everything there are three steps: recognize - acknowledge - act.
Recognizing, realizing what's happening can be surprisingly difficult.
Stating it here, elaborating on my question is a form of acknowledging. Like Dngrsone says, the greatest obstacle...
Acting on it, once you know and acknowledge, can be rather 'easy' because you might want the control back over your life and health :o:)

I really want to..but I probably shouldn't...but I REALLY want to...and maybe it wouldn't even be bad of me.. besides it is funny .....or at least I think so...then again maybe thats just an excuse so I can just do what I want ..I have a difficult time with self control...:o shoot! Instead of thinking about it...I should have just done it...now I'm all...thinking..and I probably won't do it now...actually thats not true...but still


....dang it..
I shouldn't think out load like that...usually that gets me into more trouble
