Christmas was great this year!
I got a Chromecast for Christmas. Talk about doing one thing and doing it friqqen' good.
It's not really "vintage" if it's got a QR code on the tag.

I'm so glad Christmas is over for another year, it's always a source of stress & hassle to me, I don't like buying things for people who don't need anything. I love getting together with my family but I wish we could eliminate the gift giving part.
I miss the Christmases when my kids were little & you could actually surprise them with gifts instead of just picking something off someone's wish list now. I'm looking forward more, to Jan 11th when my kids are coming over & we're going to make lefse (they wanted to learn how to do it since lefse is a tradition in our family), & I'm giving them both a set of the equipment to make it. They're definitely not expecting that & will be surprised, to me that's what makes giving gifts fun, when you can surprise someone with something they didn't know they were going to get.

I submitted 7 job applications today and setup an interview with a previous contact for early next week. Hopefully, it'll amount to something worthwhile. Otherwise, I'll just have to keep pushing. Wish me luck.

I am really enjoying my new keyboard and mouse. I got a Logitech G710+ mechanical keyboard and G504 mouse. Funny thing is that I have a logitech headset, PC game controller and a G27 wheel. I just like the quality of their hardware.
