Just watched an episode of Penn & Teller: Bull**** where they cover alternative medicine. I was laughing my ass off the whole time. There are some weird people out there.

Been drinking about 500ml of blended kelp, broccoli, avocado, banana, blueberries with a tablespoon of agave syrup for 3 days now. Looks like green sludge and tastes good. I have to say I have more energy all the time and during workouts.
