Random Thought Thread

I'm craving meat. I don't know why this happens to me about once a year or so..Honestly it's bad..I made a roast for super bowl and was just cleaning out the fridge..gave quinny some before I got rid of the remains. was tempted ..but I know I'd gag and be sick...I was at the grocery store and saw some bologna of all things:eek:..and I was all god that looks so good..WTHEWHAT!!

HEYI know!!!!! IT MUST MEAN SPRING IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER...whoops caps lock:):)
I'm like that ground hog...If I crave meat it means early spring..or whatever...:confused:

you know whats sounds good? Baco's!! Loaded baked potato with butter ,sour cream ,chives and Baco's on top! perfect!

we got 3-4 more inches of snow last night! that makes well over 20 inches in the last 3 days! I'm thinking of sneaking off to ski tomorrow during the day when hubby is at work and kids are at school..no crowds...and no one will be the wiser:)

Just bought myself a laptop... Asus TP300LA comes with i5, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD and 1080p screen :-) ... should be here in 1 to 3 days.

I spent about 800 dollars on my desktop. ( no Home internet only my data from sprint, so I don't I use it really) I have 2 TB HDD 16 GB RAM i7 processor and 3 HD monitors and as well as a video card that's lacking badly! I was running low on money and could not find a dirt cheep deal on a video card! ( I'm impatient as hell) The ram was given to me as well so yeah! Took 3 months to complete it!

We have a modest budget, maybe one day I'll have a setup like I did when single... nah. ;-) The TP300 was on sale from $799 to $599 CDN, couldn't pass it up!
 
I have to submit my thesis for my first essay... my initial thesis almost never survives the essay-writing part. I end up going in an entirely different direction and my thesis is generally the last part of the essay that I write. :/
 
Hubby and I Found decided to try a new place for breakfast today! How did I pass by this little gem for years? I've noticed it and thought..hmmm should check that place out one of these days...It Looks like a dive from the outside...but once inside...:):)
It's cozy and inviting with fabric napkins..and full bar! Food was fantastic! I Had Creme de banana pancakes hubby had some omelette thingy...and we ordered their signature breakfast dish to take home for the boys..a pizza crust type"ring" filled with eggs bacon cheese green pepper onion and ham
they loved it!!
the menu looks outstanding for lunch dinner as well...prime rib steaks pasta...etc
the place was full..apparently other people know about my new little hole in the wall awesome grill:p hmmmm actually looked like a bunch of Hipster Hockey Players...:cool:
oh yeah of course I was gracious and had to try their special house made bloody mary...so....:rolleyes:
