I've come to the conclusion that a totally reliable, honest and competent car repair shop, in this vicinity, is as rare as rocking horse shit.

That's true anywhere. There appears to be no evidence that a drip of hyd fluid was intentional anyway.

Don't you just hate it when you have a webcast meeting and it keeps buffering? It's not just me, they put a little note up about it and suggest trying another browser. Umm, yeah. How many times should I refresh or sign in again (and again and again) before saying s'long! UGH

All that friggin' cybershopping.

Beards. What are your thoughts?
I think any facial hair ages a man. But I think a beard adds an air of wisdom, and experience. Of course Unix gurus have a long tradition of sporting beards.

Why are there so many cash/pay apps? Why? Why are they all app-centric? Why can't they just work with each other? It shouldn't be this hard to pay or get money from someone! I have Google Pay/Send, PayPal and my bank uses Zelle. I wanted to send my niece a few dollars just because and she only has Venmo and Cash (and probably Zelle but trying to explain that is too hard LOL). So I had to get Cash. Why, why is it so hard?

I've sported a beard since I was 19. My wife and son, to this day, have never seen me clean shaven. Of course it's always neatly trimmed. I'm not a fan of the grizzly Adams facial bush, nor do I particularly like the guys who grow beards on a whim and then trim them differently 10 different ways before shaving them off again. Definitely against them on women. :o ;)

My beard has successfully hidden a deep dimple in my chin for years. My dimple was not a problem until I reached shaving age. It was near impossible to keep clean shaven with a blade razor. The beard also helped with my younger than my age appearance years ago. I assure you, I do not have that particular problem now. :)

Guess what? We're all going to die :D Pick your unhealthy trait from this lot:-

"The data from the Health Survey for England showed nearly nine in 10 had at least one unhealthy trait.
That was classed as those who smoke, drink more than 14 units of alcohol, eat fewer than five portions of fruit and vegetables, are obese or have low rates of physical activity."
