I like biology. If I knew more about biology, I'd be able to program humans to find out their most desirable mate by comparing punnet squares. By the way, punnet squares are about as much fun as you can have at school.

:)

Actually, punnet squares were my favorite part of biology. Plus, science is good. Not as good as math, but still good.

Wouldn't it be easier to devise some sort of perfect partner test? :p

^ Possibly, but the way I see it, is with my method ("Cynically Together Genetics LLC"), you won't even actively participate. Genetics will just trick your brain to be attracted to only the people who have the most genetically beneficial traits matched with your traits.

In 100 years, if my calculations are correct, the human race will be much stronger, and live longer. You're welcome!

Rob Zombie Presents: The Haunted World of El Superbeasto is a strange, disturbing, yet awesome movie.

On a related note, I've had inexplicably free Showtime for about 2 weeks now. I'm not questioning it.

Is so happy that I don't have to do anything productive today. Yesterday's festivities included a bottle of coconut rum, 2 vodka cranberries and, after a bit of convincing, a keg stand. I may possibly be getting to the point that the next morning outweighs the fun of the night before.
*please pass me some ibuprofen*

Some want to put that imbalance, with its own unknown causes, as the trigger for some depression.

Others see the imbalance itself as sort of "exhaust fumes" from the brain processes/behaviors which are diagnosed as depression. In other words, we see imbalances in brain chemicals in depressed people, but those chemical imbalances didn't cause it, they themselves are caused by depression.

In order to believe the latter theory, we have to view outside traumas or even damage as the cause of some depression, which then gives rise to the chemical imbalances.

Interesting. I saw a therapist and he said I have depression and OCD. He told me I should be on medication. I think not... that stuff will mess me up. Personally; I have found that these sessions were very eye opening and I am so much better at dealing with the issues when they show up. I am lucky though, so many people need the drugs. I must not be as bad as he thinks I am. Friggen quack :P
