Well I'm off school until January 21. No studying needed. But I would hate to spend all my time studying and never finding time to get out in the world and have a social life. Before I know it, I'll be 30, still in school trying to get a masters degree in Europe. Thats what's happening to my cousin.

He teaches at some university in the UK, hes considered a genius (IQ 175 or something) but hes so miserable. Hes 4000 miles or so away from home, no wife, no kids, no family, no friends nothing. He just has his geniusness

I would hate for that to happen to me.

YEAH.... this is what I was trying to say... she was VERY CRAZY...

It is actually very very very sad.

I was very very very happy at one point... oh I was really happy...

No ways will I deny it. :)

BUT... then something went wrong... very very wrong...

She was attempting suicide and had to intervene many times to stop it.

Things got sadly very hectic.

Now I am not the kind of person ever to leave some one high and dry - especially so I went way beyond the call of duty for her - everyone was thunderstuck by my total kindness... she said I saved her from going over the edge.

I know.

She said not even her own family has treated her so nicely - the problem was I would come home and ... it would just start...

I tried extremely hard.

Everything... my friends and (my not very liked and not very supportive) family couldn't believe I had not killed her yet from the extreme abuse and because of her fighting with me all the time insulting me while juggling chainsaws on a tight wire over a pool of sharks.

They couldn't believe I did not commit murder from the madness.

And she brought the law into every ******* aspect I could think under the sun.

I her previous relationships were traumatic but never do this and keep on doing this with me.

I do not like over the top lawyer crap - especially when it is NOT necessary and NOT okay and will SCARE good people like me AWAY from you.

But no... I know I was extremely happy at 1 point... I was very very very happy and ... she was really really great :) ... (still is actually - I know it was always there) and when she was around me we both really freaking digged it. :D

She said I was bat shit crazy when I used to talk to my dog about the "stupid mindless humans" in my dog voice and said I am damn hilarious hehehe. :D

But things got extremely .... HECTIC and I am not Superman.

I am not God.

I cannot hold up the universe on my pinky while inventing the time machine.

I am not invincible even though for some strange reason everyone thinks I am God or something and made of titanium - I don't know why but it is strange what people think at times.

It was definitely not totally bad - not at all...

I know she couldn't get to grips or believe how nice a man I am ... she was beyond amazed... she was swept off her feet. :)

She said I saved her life.

Yeah I know that is an understatement me running around at 1 am in the morning worried she would get raped murdered (South Africa's crime rate is insane) looking high and low for her bare foot and all not giving a crap to make sure she was okay - yes I know I saved her. :)

Hell yes. :)

And seing her be okay in the end was priceless to me.

I don't hate her at all - she can't understand it... :D

I was beyond there for her.

She said I am extremely positive and being around me stopped it all eventually.

She says she is extremely grateful and she just couldn't understand what she had found.

It was really awesome and we both had 1 hell of a good time but I needed a break - I was starting to go mad from it.

I don't hate her... just the opposite... she was awesome. :)

But I am not indestructible.

This is for sure.
 
I'm going to start a book today. Not saying it's going to be any good at all, I just want to mark it off my bucket list... Any thoughts on this?

I reread what I wrote three years ago, I couldn't stop laughing at how bad it was. I need more structure, any tips?

If you can take a creative writing course at the local college, it would probably be well worth your time.

There are a few books out there that will give you tips and pointers; the one I got in my creative writing class is called Bird by Bird by Anne Lamott.

First thing she talks about is that your first draft is always going to be crappy. The fun part, is that no one but you will ever have to see that first draft, though.

Having a reader or two, particularly another writer, can be helpful. There are forums and mail-groups (I used to subscribe to one in Yahoo Groups) out there where you can submit stuff for peer-review. But you might want to research a site for a while before submitting-- there is a potential for someone you don't really know using your work for their own purposes.

What do you mean, in terms of structure?

Try not to over think it....Write the way you think...write it down the way it sounds in your head...don't worry about grammar etc...write as if you are having a conversation with a close friend.:)
 
WOAH. I grabbed another HTC One. And its like out of box LTE+Roaming. (No Spark LTE in Houston :() I test the speed and that's like infinitely faster than I've ever seen it.

ha, then there will be a lot of mistakes. That's hard for me, because if something is spelled wrong, and has that line under the word, I feel like I have to do something about it and make sure it is spelled right.

When I was very young ... I used to draw comics all the time in spare lessons or freebies. :D

But these were not any ordinary comics beware!

I also had 1 where the chosen one "Neo" or whatever the weirdo's name is.

And instead of dodging bullets he would use Kamehameha technique with instant transmission and throw cheaply drawn Technicolor "blobs" at everyone's faces 24/7.

And the principal was secretly a drug dealer too.

These were my comic books! :)

I got into World War 2.6 when they found my main 1... :(

And I had this one cartoon when there was this boy sitting there playing with his blocks... when this what at first seems to be a very harmless BIRD comes and sits on the fence there...

They foolish child says:

"Oh boy! Looky at that!

It is a sad and lonely little bird!

Shame man let me go and make that lonely bird happy!

:-D"

Then as the boy approaches.... he soon finds out that this is no ordinary bird!

And then the bird LEAPS onto the boy and EATS the eyes right out of his undesized brain and skull!

Yes i was a very VIOLENT little child... :(

It was a means to something much worse actually all that. :(

Hey at least a big ugly and totally angry bird didn't peck my eyes out hey ek se?

I second the fanfiction option. I actually use to follow some writers on fanfiction.net the community on that site is very supportive and will always help critique your writing :)
