This is why I couldn't run an airline. I would be playing movies like Snakes On a Plane, Air Force One, Non-Stop, Airplane, Airport, Langoliers, Cast Away, Die Hard 2, etc.

Wow. I wanted to watch something on TV that didn't take much attention, & I happened to pick the MTV show "Catfish" (someone who thinks they're being catfished contacts the show, they send out a crew who researches & helps you find out if you are or aren't).
A woman contacted the show saying she was sure her cousin was being catfished... and later revealed SHE was the one catfishing him - & she was proud of it! Ugh there sure are some messed up people in the world

suddenly, I want Google Glass. I just don't want to buy them, and then the price goes down to something like $300.

No Google gives the frames free when buying glass. It'll just cost $60 to have my Dr send the frames to the place to get the lenses in. Otherwise the frame would come $250.
But glass... $1500 for a fashion thing. I don't know. Maybe it'll triumph my old glasses which I think look nerdy

I think they're way too expensive, even if they didn't look funny I'd be too worried I'd break them or they'd get stolen.
And although I think it's sort of a cool invention, I feel like people already let themselves be too disconnected from others. It's bad enough when someone you're trying to talk to has their nose in their phone, now you won't even know they're not paying attention? Nah...

I agree about being disconnected. But I'm not worried about breaking them. My eye Dr said that my glasses are always in perfect condition. About them getting stolen possibly. I would be worried about someone snatching them off my face and running. That's why I think they need some sort of laser shooters that zap people haha.
