I have tried all the suggestions in this thread and I am still having the problem of the screen going unresponsive. I called Samsung and talked with a tech who says he hasn't heard of the issue with the Reverb and 4.1.2 and as expected could only offer flow chart suggestions on how to fix the issue.
I wanted to ask others here if they are running their phone encrypted or not. I don't want to do the hard reset again if that isn't a common thread among other users here.
