Help Random Wifi Disconnection

Anybody have their SGS2 disconnect the Wifi randomly, even when the phone is under active usage (no internet usage though). My Wifi sleep policy is set to never so it shouldn't be the culprit although it seems like the case.

Is it due to an app of mine or I got a faulty set?
 
Same thing here. All of a sudden wi-fi shows as disconnected and will not reconnect. Have tried all the soft resets, router resets etc. Keeps happening. No Qualms about going with another phone if this canlt be fixed
 
I think I have some WiFi issue with my S2, it seems to go to sleep, even though I have my sleep policy set to never also. I'll turn on WiFi and it'll connect to my WiFi network, browsing and sync work fine. If I leave my phone for a little while and try to sync or browse it doesn't work, even though the WiFi icon is still at the top, and if I look at details it shows I am connected and what my IP address is. If I attempt to ping my phone's IP address from another device I get no response. If I turn off WiFi, and then turn it back on again, browsing, syncing and pings work.......???
 
It is fixed in most of the custom ROM's and in the 2.3.4 updated custom ROM that I am using which is based on the next release from Samsung... so there is hope! :D
 
Ever since the 2.3.3 update, my wifi keeps its connection for no longer than about 10 minutes, before disconnecting itself. If 2.3.4 fixes this when will it be availalble for the HTC Desire HD?
