Rant Thread - What really grinds your gears?

You can add handicapped people parking in handicapped zones in such a way that no other person who is entitled to park there, can. I've seen them block almost all of the area for a lift van by parking cattywampus. I've watched them do it and make no effort to park right.

Oh-Em-Gee. okay, OMG is sufficient if you feel the need to say it. But oh-em-gee? I just don't get it.

hahaha!!seriously?
I haven't seen that one before!....

(that is so stupid)

I'm going to use it just to annoy people!:D:smokingsomb::D:smokingsomb:

Thank you for that.... made me LOL for real...I feel better already..I actually forgot what I was going to rant:)

Autistic kids don't have a problem!!!!! You have a problem seeing things the way THEY do.

Aspergers isn't a disability it's a gift that needs to be nurtured, the next generatiion of geniuses depends on it!!!

Aspergers was declassified as being on the autism spectrum this year by the AMA.. some people are upset about it because it might cut much needed educational funding and support for those who think differently than the median...it's sad and frustrating that our educational system won't or can't accomodate or acknowledge different learning styles and multiple intelligences...without the need for classifying .......hopefully some day soon:)

When I'm writing a job letter for a friend and it takes them 3 hours to say the words "Tell them this..."

When family or friends come around while I'm on the computer.

When I go to a store/shop/restaurant and the employees have very bad customer service and aren't friendly and or lazy.

Very strongly , Agree . And then at this moment of tolerating rudeness or whatever the case maybe for certain amount of time . I speak up I'm very blunt. I speak my mind

"Wall mountable (mount not included)"

... and apparently non-existent. WTF do you advertise a feature but don't freakin' sell the kit to utilize it?

When it rains when temperatures make the rain freeze when it gets to the ground... 3 weekends in a row, kills weekend plans.. it needs to stop

kids these days....
I was just talking with a long time friend I first met in middle school...
we were laughing and noting that if kids today acted like we did...they would be thrown in jail all zero tolerence style... or suspended..or for sure their parents would be called...

we got away with everything... people ..were more laid back I guess.couple of my teachers would just write me a pass so I would be excused from being late from lunch..where only seniors were allowed to leave..but I look like myolder sister(2 yrs) older... and I would just take her car..and license as I had a copy) but it looked more like me that her so she got another and gave me her other on....um.....mistake number 1..I was only 14:rolleyes:

the kids now...at least the one's i know...are more....mature? immature?wise??
maybe beacause they were raise by a different generation..
.my paren't were both kind of 1960's Hippies..from kind of well to do familes they...both were very young when they got married mom was 20 dad was 22
and no .. it didn;t last...they divorced when I was maybe 6?

but..Teachers would write me passes to get out of other classes ..cover for me if went out for a long lunch or skipped a class..etc... crazy.....that stuff would never happen noe

Your generation could be nasty at times (peer pressure) but nothing like the crap they pull today. Facebook has not helped. Hate pages, bullying, fighting - all this seems to be acceptable to some kids and parents. The few that behave in this manner are making it impossible for the more responsible, reasonable group to even function.

WHAT HAPPENED TO SPRING???? awww come on!!!!!

Out here - it's Colorado Weather, that's what happened. 80 degrees one week and a blizzard the next. I forget which, but I think it's August that might not have had measurable snow in Denver. We've had snow on Memorial Day, and Labor Day. The higher the elevation - snow at any time all year.

The saying goes, wait a couple of hours and it will change.
