I did a thread on here a spell ago, but I only got some views and everything, well everyone's minds where just thinking huh,
if you want , I can drop a few sections of them yet again on here. Let me know.

Oh yesterday, I was at my sister's place as usual, and I was getting the trash for her, I place the lid on and without opening for a new bag, I walked around, and my sister or I threw down the lid, I tripped and fell down on my right side of my bum checks, I am okay just a little bit in pain.

That is when my ankle was sprained, here it is Mid August and......only about 90% recover.
