Rant Thread - What really grinds your gears?

1: Apple.

2: The silly drunk twit who kept calling my cell phone and threatening me with bodily harm, while I was in a nice restaurant with my boyfriend, and screaming in my ear that I stole her phone, while my boyfriend laughed hysterically. Never mind that I'm in Illinois and the drunk chick on the other end of the phone was in Tacoma Washington. She was screaming at the top of her lungs that I stole her phone and was repeating the phone number (which was not my number). For some reason my boyfriend thought it was the funniest thing he'd ever seen/heard and laughed at me for days afterwards. I wasn't impressed lol.
 
Having to change before i go out to walk my dog because im wearing a RED shirt (wich i have many of) so i dont risk getting shot because i live in Compton:mad:

You dont own colors, turd-muffins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Really annoyed by people who are like 'android is so crap' or (would you believe it) HTC's are so overrated!

Also, lag, and seeing new phones that I won't get my hands on.

Also not getting / getting extremely slowly updates.

HOAs can be PITAs. We had one - they gave up. Too much hassle after the majority told them where to go. Every now and then someone will try - no one is interested.
 
We have a pretty good one, in that they enforce the covenants with common sense, and with pretty high respect for people's property rights.
 
80 degrees in the house and the Meez wants in my lap. She's got OCD about being dirty (she's an indoor cat), has to turn around 6 times before settling down, and digs the hell out of you leg with her hind claws.
 
Alright.....Im changing my "HOA" listing, and inserting the IRS. Rest easy knowing that as this is typed, Im cursing them in ways my Mom would not be proud of.....and I think Im frightening my dogs.....
 
People thinking everyone they speak to on the Internet is male.

People calling me "dude" or "bro".

Edit: I'm adding Home Owners Association to my list. I hate them.

Edit 2: (I'm on a roll) People in World of Warcraft who think makeup is associated with a class type.
 
I don't like those who tell me something I own doesn't exist. I've had this twice with auto parts stores. I got told my Spitfire only used a male oil filter. I'd have to force the issue to get a female one.

Last one told me that Toyota never made a 2.7 liter 4cyl. Tacoma.


I really don't care if people think I'm a little green alien as long as I get a polite response. I'd rather people know less.
 
WTH?? This has now got to be the all time UGLIEST forum site I have EVER seen in my entire life!! Whose bone-head idea was it to do this?? And it looks even WORSE on a mobile device (this site is Android based, so no brainer there - we use our phones to navigate here).

PLEASE undo this terrible FUGLY look you guys just imposed upon we the lowly members without even a friendly warning!!:(

I am sure they are working on it. It doesn't make the folks here less friendly though.;)
 
Whew! Whatever happened (which I thought was permanent) has reverted back to how it looked before. THAT was weird! :D

Anyway, thanks for the reply. I'm glad it wasn't something someone really wanted to make it look like, because it was like staring at the hull of a battleship from 2 inches away. All ugly gray, with no lines or containment of the text.

P.S. - this is the RANT thread, right? :D

Go Cricket, Boost or Virgin Mobile. I will never purchase a contract phone. Lots of great phones available and the monthly rates are acceptable and you will know exactly what your monthly bill is as well.

You can purchase a Triumph, for example. Not to mention, one of those evil iPhones.
