Hello millie and welcome to Android Forums. Congrats on the new phone btw. I'm not certain being as you can't do a battery pull. I'm sure the users in the Razr section here at AF will know what you should do. Here is a link to that area.

Push and HOLD your power button and the volume down key for about 10 seconds. It'll force the phone to reboot (essentially doing a "battery pull").
Mine is not stuck at the start screen, it froze at the end of a call and won't do anything, any help?

Try pulling the battery and see if that helps.

Do the same thing. Press and HOLD both until it reboots.
Because your phone has a sealed, non removable battery this is your only option.
