Root RCMix issues with install

help please !!!
ive rooted and tried installing this room but it wont reboot fully, i get the rcmix badge. battery indicator & clock but nothing else, can anyone help?

had 3 options and chose the 3rd one which was 301mb

I think you've chosen the wrong version.

The version you should have chosen is the one below.

You do have a 1GB ext3 partition on your sd card?

erm nope sorry im new to rooting, how do i partition an sd card? do i have toformat it?
on the plus side i gt the right version

Well that's why you're having problems.

What you need to do is partition your sd card using Gparted. Follow the guide below.

Properly Partition SD Card For App2SD+ Android ROMs

Remember you need to have a 1GB ext3 partition for A2SD+ and the rest of your sd card partition as fat32.

Remember you need to have a 1GB ext3 partition for A2SD+ and the rest of your sd card partition as fat32.

The Guide in that link suggests to make ext3 partition as "Logical". I thought this also must be set as Primary?!

it normally doesnt matter, in the cases of data2whatever/ext/SD etc then it needs to be a primary partition
