When I see posts about upload and download speeds with the Nexus S, first, what are people referring to? Wifi, or 3G? I'm more interested in 3G speeds, because I'm weighing the decision to return my 3G nexus for the Sprint 4G version. I want to get some idea of the difference in speeds, if any. My 3G nexus seems fast enough, but I have nothing to compare it to at this point.

And second, what apps are best to use to determine these speed readings? Again, much more interested in 3G speed data.

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated!

People are referring to 3G speeds and the absolute best way to test it is using the speedtest.net app you can find it in the market.
