Don't know about that, but there is a Quick Boot app (free, in the Market) for root users.

SwitchPro Widget has a reboot button you can add to the widget.

I dont feel like downloading an app just to reboot my phone so I just use my terminal emulator to reboot, if I dont feel like using the end key. SU in emulator and type reboot and it works fine, there are a few other reboot options you can use with it too.
