Root Reboot screen help

I loaded Liberty a long time ago(and since reverted back thru back up) and ever since when my phone boots, it boots into ClockworkMod recovery:
-Reboot system now
-apply sdcard:update.zip
-etc

If I pick 'reboot system now', it loads like normal(Big M, red eye, etc)

Is there a way to get the phone to boot up normally without going thru this menu?
One of the menu choices is: mount/system and in that is 'format boot'. Is that something i want to mess with?

The reason I ask is because I need to send phone back and this would be a give away of rooting/ROMing( and I don't want to sbf...sorry can't figure that out)

Ideas?

If you're sending the phone back then your best option is to SBF it. SBF'ing isn't that hard to do. If you use the Linux cd method it's even easier. Follow the directions here to the letter and you will be good to go,

When you flash a Rom and then flash back to stock you need to wipe data/factory reset or you will have problems. Give that a try and also clear your dalvic cache. If that doesn't fix it then SBF.

I thought cwmalways did that.

It does but only when the phone is plugged into the wall charger or pc. It sounds like its happening all the time. Not just when plugged in. You could try a quick fix which is to load clockwork and hit bootstrap recovery but don't hit reboot recovery. Restart the phone like normal and most times it will stop but not always.

If he's sending the phone back then he has to sbf it anyway.
