Help Recommendation for 3rd party Contacts app?

I just got the new VZW S4. I'm having some issues coping with the native Contacts app view and I want to try a 3rd party. However, I want to make sure that when I do a Phone Search for a contact (from the Google bar, for example) that it will pull up the contact record from the 3rd party app, not the native Contacts app.

Any suggestions and/or advice?

I have Dialer One installed.
I like it, but after the initial launch the Native Dialer always seems to take everything over again. I haven't been able to find a way around it yet. There has to be a way to avoid this...

If anyone has any info on how to disable the Native Dialer please speak up.
I think it is completely HIDEOUS and very Kindergarden Looking.
Why Samsung didn't put more into it is very ridiculous.
The contacts app and dialer on my Commando looks great!
If Casio can do it right, why doesn't Samsung???

BTW,
Does anyone know if you can install a contacts and phone apk from another device
and replace the Samsung Dialer? I had someone extract the apk from my Commando
but I'm a little hesitant on installing it because I don't know if it would screw up my S4.
