Root Recommended roms

I believe I am gonna go ahead and root, just wanted to get ROM suggestions. If you guys could list pros and cons of whatever ROM you suggest, that'd be awesome

I'm running LeDroid HD v3.0.3GB and have the Sense 3.0 .zip on it along with a few other things and love it cause the battery life is very good imo and Sense 3.0 is good. I bought a HTC to tinker with cause I like Sense. If you want a ROM with less eye candy then maybe another would be better.

Although, [ROM]LeeDrOiD 4G V3.1.1 GB [KERNEL] V3.1.2 >EPIC!< 29th May | Official GB | TV Anim - xda-developers just released and it fixes the issues I was having. So pretty much all working now!

Take a look at this - [ ROM ][ 9 JUNE ] HONEYSENSE HD V4.0 EXT3 | V5.0 EXT4|Sense2.1+3.0|Themed Swype|Honey - xda-developers - it's what I'm running on my Inspire 4G right now and it combines HTC Sense 3.0 with Gingerbread. A truly beautiful rom.

Yeah, the icon arrangement thing strikes me as kind of weird. It's like the master program (if one exists) assigns grids and you have to put your icon *squarely* in the middle of the open grid, otherwise it tries to move an adjoining icon into that grid. Very strange behavior and a PITA.
